In the end, we only regret the chances we didn’t take…

It’s been exactly 8 months since the day I moved over to Brasov. Mid-June 2014 started my adventure upon deciding that I need some radical changes in and around my life, that wouldn’t have been really possible in my hometown due to several reasons. I came to Brasov with many ideas, questions, expectations and tons of good vibes and a positive attitude!

I do admit that the city made mainly a good impression while I was living here. It’s for sure one of the best cities to live in Romania, especially for people who look for fresh air, mountains, but also for lots of cosy and peaceful places. I’ve met many friendly people, I’ve made already a few new friends who impress me on and on with their ideas, life choices and thoughts, I continued to test raw vegan food and restaurants, spas, I’ve checked out many group fitness classes and the most of all: I have gathered a lot of new experiences that made me understand myself better and I have checked almost every “to do” from the list written before coming to Brasov! I know that I will be always enjoying to come back as a visitor or just to pass by and to stop for a couple of hours. I will always recommend Brasov together with Sighisoara and Sibiu to everyone looking for a city break in Romania. It’s impressive how many messages and presents I’ve got in the last days from people telling me that they already miss me. So, I really balance between mixed emotions at this time.

All in all, let me tell you that at this time I am looking forward to the next step in my career and to a new beginning starting with Monday! I do believe that each of us has his own life path and although you might accidentally or consciously postpone a decision, or look for a secondary road, sooner or later, you will have to face it and to drive on the road that is meant for you. Sometimes exactly after 8 months! So keep yourself focused on my blog Monday morning!

“In the end, we only regret the chances we didn’t take, relationships we were afraid to have and the decisions we waited too long to make…”
