What about starting your day in a different way by considering having an extra next to your regular breakfast? I’m preparing as often I can manage my time before going to work this kind of mix of greek yoghurt with bio cereals (those having a bigger amount of protein) and various fruits, like raspberries, peaches, bananas, kiwi and some extra nuts.
There are always better and healthier options, but this is my choice for this morning!
